Prices on this website coordinate with those in the most recent version of our printed catalog and are in effect for the year of the printed catalog. All printed catalog prices and this coordinating inmate website include any applicable sales tax.
All items in this printed catalog have been pre-approved by the CDCR Religious Programs Oversight Unit and are available to order by all inmates REGARDLESS of religious preference or ethnic background. Wakeda DOES NOT discriminate against any person’s spiritual preferences or tribal background or lack thereof. Please follow category limits based on your privilege group and gender.
There is now NO PRE-APPROVAL of non-food Religious Orders required! This means you may order items listed within the RPPM (like those on this website) from approved vendors (like us) without prior approval from your Chaplain. If you are not permitted to receive any of these items please notify us with details of their denial so we can look into the matter further.
• Credit Cards We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Available on phone and internet orders only.
• Checks and Money Orders If using a third party check exchange please make sure they make the checks out to "Wakeda” and include your CDCR number in the notes to match up with your order when it arrives. Some checks may take up to 10 business days to clear before we are able to pack and ship your order. Must be made out for the correct order amount, any excess will be given as store credit only.
• Trust Account Don't forget to account for any administrative fees when adding up an order that will withdraw a check from your account to be sure you have enough funds available.
• We are no longer allowed to accept Postage Stamps as payment for Religious Packages.
If your order is placed by a third party, a receipt will be provided to them via email or mail. If we are unable to send the entire order as paid (out of stock, etc.) or contact the purchaser to make order changes, you will receive the difference as a store credit.
All orders will ship in a single package. Backorders and substitutions will not be sent. We will hold orders up to 10 days after funds are processed to wait for items that may be out of stock on date purchase is received to send the most complete package as possible.
Please make sure we receive your order at least 15 calendar days before the end of the quarter to be sure your order arrives as complete as possible before the quarterly cutoff.
We will only replace or exchange any defective or incorrectly sent merchandise. Please go through appropriate steps at your facility to request the replacement.
Any orders that are rejected or returned (reached quarterly limit, change in privilege status, refused by prison, etc.) will be subject to a 10% restocking/administrative fee. Original shipping and any returned shipping charges will remain. All fees and shipping charges will be deducted from refund total.
